DA-35/DA-36 Distribution Systems

DA-36 is the universal solution to the eternal problem of distributing a reference frequency from the central standard to several receivers. DA-36 is as standard designed for distributing 10 MHz standard frequency, but can be configured to drive any standard reference sine wave signal between 200 kHz to 16 MHz over any distance below 2 kilometers, from one room to another or from one building to another. DA-36 can be used for multi-point distribution by cascading several DA-36:s. (See DA-36 front panel on the picture.)

DA-35 is designed for multi-fiber distribution over any distance below 2 kilometers. DA-35 is modulary constructed, with plug-in cards to a rack backplane. There are two types of rack enclosures; one with 2 card slots, the opther with 10 card slots. Up to 36 fibers can be used and each receiver may have up to 40 outputs.

  • Low loss enabling long path lengths up to 2 km
  • Lightweight, highly flexible small diameter cable
  • Immunity to electrical interference, incl. stroke of lightning and EMP
  • Non-conductive provides electrical isolation between transmitter and receiver module
