The CNT-90 and CNT-81/85 models have prescaled high-frequency inputs, featuring broadband, instantaneous counting of the input signal, suitable for CW, frequency hopping, sweep and burst measurements.

The XL 3000-series has mixer inputs (heterodyne principle), featuring narrowband counting with high noise suppression of interfering sources. These counters are designed for accurate CW measurements and offer additional power measurements.
