Pendulum Instruments is an ISO-9000 certified company, with high international quality targets. We are certified by CSA, and all our products are of course meeting the reqirements for CE-marking. Nevertheless we are aware of the need to offer our customers service/support if need rises. Service/support is quickly performed by well-experienced personnel in close co-operation with the development department. This guarantees direct feedback from the service personnel to the developers, ensuring that our products always respond to the customers' highest requirements.
